WELL GIRLS, . . . on about September 16, I had a Post on my Blog saying that our next group project would be making all of the Quilts in the Pattern Book, "Turning Twenty Just Got Bettter".
It has taken me almost a month to get the Sample Quilt ready to show you, and to Begin our "QUILT PARTY" . . .
BUT, . . . HERE IS THE PIECED "TWISTED TURNING TWENTY" QUILT ~
I don't have it Quilted yet, but I hope to have it completly finished soon!
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I want to give a HUGE "THANK YOU!" to my Mother (Mattie) and my Sister (Rebecca) for all of their help! I would not be showing you this Quilt if it were not for their help!
They came up for the weekend a couple of weeks ago, and wanted to know what they could do to help me, . . . and this is what I put them to work on!
It went together really fast! I did the cutting, Rebecca did the sewing, and Mother did the pressing.
WE HAD A GREAT TIME ! ! !
This Quilt is one of the Patterns in Tricia Cribbs books, "Turning Twenty Just Got Better!".
I will be making all of the Quilts in this Book for you to see.

How great. I do not have the patience to quilt and admire anyone who does. The memories of making the quilt sound like they are treasured as much as the quilt itself.

Donna, I know I am constantly saying this, but your quilting is amazing in the way you accomplish so much. Even with the help from your family you are a ball of energy. The quilt is gorgeous. I so want to do this. I'm not sure I am capable of the challenge. I need a little more time to recover from surgery and then I am taking the plunge.
