WELL, I have heard from several of you, and it sounds like almost everyone has started their Quilts!
I finally started working on mine Wednesday, and I worked a little more on it Friday.
SO, . . . this week, we are going to move right on!
We have cut our Fat Quarters up, and, sewn them back together.
This week, we are going to work through Step 9.
We will be matching up the light FQ's with the dark FQ's.
We will be sewing them together, and then cutting them apart again!
WOW ! ! !
I want to make you aware of two Important Points.
When you look at the example on page 8, Step 6, you will be looking at a Block B. We made all of our Blocks as Block A's. Either way will work fine, as long as you sewed them back together all the same.
ALSO, . . . MAKE SURE that you stack your fat quarters on top of each other correctly before you sew and cut them.
That is all that you have to do for this week. Some of you have said that you just can't STOP once you get started!
That is Perfectly FINE!
You can do as much as you want to. I am the same way. I just can't wait to see what the Quilt is going to look like, so I just keep going.
I will continue to go a little bit slower, just to make sure no one feels rushed.
Our Goal is to have a completed "Twisting Turning Twenty" Quilt here in a couple more weeks, and not end up with another Unfinished Project!
I hope you are having FUN!
Let me know if you have any questions, and I will do my best to answer them!
