~ GETTING READY FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY! ~

WELL, . . .  the Fourth of July is right around the corner, . . .

AND, . . . I am so excited ~

I have already started thinking about the Meals I am going to Prepare ~

I am thinking Brisket with all of the trimmings right now, . . . but, . . . I may Change My Mind between now and then ! ? ! ? !

I love Carrot Cake, but I don't have a really DELICIOUS Recipe, so I tried a new one a couple of days ago ~

It looked really good, but I am not satisfied enough with it to make another one by the same Recipe, so, . . . we may be sick of Carrot Cake before I come up with just the right one ! ? !

I am looking for one that is Super Moist and has Pineapple, Coconut, Raisins, and Pecans as part of the ingredients.

If any of you have Just What I Am Looking For, and you don't mind sharing your Recipe, I could sure use your help!

We have a Cafe in Canadian called "Our Fillin Station" and they make the World's Best Carrot Cake, . . . so, . . . I have set my expectations for myself really high!  This may be an Impossible Task, BUT, . . .  well worth the try!

Good morning, Donna, I sent you the link to The Silver Palate carrot cake recipe. I have been using it for years. I make adjustments for high altitude and think everyone could reduce the amount of sugar. I will be making one for my July 3rd party. Hope it meets your expections. With love, Judy
