What could be better than Football, Napping and
Homemade Soup with Cornbread ? ? ?
Pepper Soup is a Quick and Easy
meal to prepare!
Just a few ingredients I try to keep on hand for days like today.
1 lb ground beef - (I cooked mine in the Crock Pot before I added the other ingredients)
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 can Rotel
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 cans Minestrone Soup
2 cans water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
( *sometimes I add a can of corn just because I like it)
Brown ground beef, drain, then add remaining ingredients. Cook until bubbly. The longer it cooks the better the flavor.
I like to make Cornbread from scratch
but on days like today when I'm feeling lazy,
I always fall back on the next best thing ~
