The First Class will begin at 9:30 am and run until around 3:30 or so.

There will be a Second Class beginning at 5:30 pm and will run until ? ? ?

What I am working on ~

 

I have a Custom Order for a Baby Boy Quilt ~

   

The Customer Requested Brown and Blue Fabric,

so I thought the "PURE" Fabric Collection by Sweetwater would be Perfect!

I decided to piece it using a Jelly Roll and the Log Cabin pattern.

The center of each block will embroidered with the Baby's Name and Birth Date, the Parents Names and Birth Dates, and the Grandparents Names and Birth Dates.

We will Quilt it after the embroidery work is done!

Tricia contacted me about a month ago to see if I would be willing to Piece and Quilt a Quilt for her that will be featured in her new

 to be released at the Houston Market in October.

Of Course, . . . I was so excited, I could have POPPED!

I wanted to get started immediately!

I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the New Pattern.

Well, this is not it,

it is one of the Quilts that will appear in her new Book!

I will be Quilting it for Tricia!

MAMA'S BOY by Thimble Blossoms ~

I have several New Patterns that I have been Wanting to Try.

 

I have been wanting to Piece a Quilt using some of the Blue Prints from the

 Glace' Collection by 3 Sisters.

Here are the ones I have decided on ~

 

I have all of the pieces Cut Out, . . .

and have Started Piecing it ~

UUUuuuMMMMmmmm, . . . I don't know ! ? ! ? !

It's always FUN to see what you can Create!

Sometimes they turn out Good and Sometimes they Don't!

We'll just have to wait and see.

9 PATCH QUILT ~

I saw a Quilt a while back and thought I just had to Make One.

It was a Cream and White 9 Patch Quilt hanging on a wall.

Well, . . .

I Pieced it, Folded it up, and Forgot about it.

I Accidently ran across it the other day.  I thought I would Squeeze it in between some of my Customer Quilts and get it Finished.

  

I think I LOVE IT, . . . but, . . . I won't know for sure until I get it completely Finished and Hanging.

All I like is the Binding ~
