HAPPY "PINK" SATURDAY ! ! !
Garry and I took off work at Noon Friday, with plans to go see Jana in Albuquerque this weekend (6 hours away).
I left work in a BIG HURRY to get home (37 miles away), so we could get on the road.
WELL, . . .
about 8 miles out of Town, on a little Country Road, in the Middle of Nowhere, going 70 miles an hour, I come over a Hill to see 3 Deer standing in the Road!
I Slammed on my brakes, but I couldn't miss the third deer.
Here are the results ~
. . . much better than it could have been!
Thank Goodness for Cell Phones!
Garry, Chad, and Lori were there in 30 minutes with my car loaded on a trailer and headed to Canadian.
It put us a couple of hours behind, but we jumped in the Pickup and were on our way!
When we got to Jana's, at "Judy's Vacation Rentals", we were Treated to the Most Delicious Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas!
I forgot to take a Picture until it was to late, . . . DOG GONE!
Thank you, Jeff and Michelle, for the Wonderful Meal!
The Fellowship was GREAT!
Now for my "PINK" Saturday Post ~
Judy was SO GRACIOUS to let me Share some of her Beautiful "PINK" Depression Glass with you ~
WOW, . . . what a BEAUTIFUL COLLECTION!
YOU'RE A LUCKY GIRL ! ! !
Thank you, Judy, for letting me share your Treasured Antiques!

Judy has some very nice depression glass. I have a few pieces myself that were handed down. I treasure them. Glad you were not seriously hurt, as your car can be fixed. Sometimes our parts cannot be.

So glad to hear you were okay! Hitting a deer is very frightening and can totally demolish a car.
The pink depression glass pieces are so beautiful! I have one piece and I totally treasure!
